Possible collaborations and support, without presenting them as secured.
Partnerships, grants, sponsorship and contributions are possibilities to assess. This page claims no partner organisation, received funding, audit, adoption or entitlement to funds.
No application is submitted, no agreement is signed and no expense is committed through this website.
01
Possible forms of collaboration
A collaboration may be communicated only after appropriate agreement and must preserve the independence of content, decisions and project limits.
Educational support
A venue, audience or pedagogical feedback made available.
Open research
Method discussion, reproduction or examination of public resources.
Institutional support
An exploratory exchange with an organisation, without a partnership announcement.
Conditional funding
A needs scenario to assess, with no guarantee or funding overlap.
02
Independence and anti-double funding
Any need should be bounded by work package, budget, deliverable and period. The same cost must not be presented as funded twice.
- No support gives a right to dictate investment advice, educational content or a governance decision.
- No support gives rights over SWTK, a token offer or a commercial product.
- Any funding remains conditional on its programme, rules, evidence and appropriate human validation.
03
Before any announcement
A public statement must be verifiable, precise about its nature and must not turn a discussion, application or intention into a confirmed partnership.
Source
Check the official source and applicable conditions.
Scope
Separate support, application, decision, contract and result.
Budget
Avoid guaranteed amounts or overlapping work packages.
Publication
Publish only confirmed and authorised facts.
Institutional arrangements, governance documents and participation terms are being formalised. This presentation does not assert public registration, tax status or unpublished signing authority.
