A public resource accompanied by its scope and limitations.
In progress
Active work that is not yet a public result.
In preparation
An envisaged item with no assertion of completion.
Candidate
A path being evaluated without adoption or commitment.
Blocked
An item paused until its conditions are met.
Historical
Material retained for context without presenting it as current.
